Sunny Days Ahead! How-to Make the Most of your Outside Space

Hellllooo everyone 🙂

The weather is warming up and we are slowly but surely coming out of quarantine, which means that it’s time to utilize that backyard space [or any green space you have available] and start soaking up the sun!

Outdoor items, water toys, and other entertainment are definitely must-haves to make the most of your outdoor space this summer, and will be sure to impress all of your guests. Not to mention how pulled together the space will feel with all these essentials which I promise will make you want to be outside even more in your cute little space.

Outdoor Umbrellas

One of my favourite purchases of this season has been our big outdoor umbrella. It’s so nice to be able to have access to shade whenever I need a break from the sun. It’s also really handy for those times you want to sit outside and enjoy a thunderstorm! When it comes to variety there are tons to choose from but I definitely prefer the outdoor umbrellas that have a crank-handle to open and close, way more convenient.

Outdoor Tables

What’s an outside space without somewhere to congregate with your friends and family? These are some of the most aesthetically pleasing outdoor tables available on the market this summer. No matter what style or trend that you are recreating in your outdoor area one of these six tables will go perfectly!

The table that I currently have is really convenient because it came with a designated place to put in my umbrella [see pic 1] but that doesn’t mean you can’t find an umbrella that works with your table [see pic 2 + 3 under umbrellas] and is the size you want based one the size of your table.

Outdoor Rugs

Personally I think that an outdoor rug is the cherry on top of your umbrella and table. It really pulls the space and furniture pieces together, gives it a sense of completion as well as comfort! The best part is that they are [usually] very reasonably priced, and are made to be outdoors so can withstand any damage due to weather. Patterns and colour choices are endless, but I’ve linked my top favourites for any of you with similar taste!

Portable Speakers

Last but not least, you need a speaker to get the tunes flowing! I love portable speakers especially for using outdoors because you don’t have to worry about plugging it in [except to charge] therefore allowing you to move the speaker with you where ever you are in your space! I also love that they don’t take up a lot of room like some speaker systems do, yet most have really great sound. I’ve had a Beats Pill for a couple years now and I bring it everywhere because I love it so much!
