Welcome to the very first gift guide of the season! I’m super excited to be bringing you guys a series of gift guides this year, and my hope is that they’ll make your Christmas shopping and your life) a little easier.

Do you have a Massage Therapist (RMT) in your life? Maybe its a family member, or a close friend, or just your RMT that you see regularly. As an RMT, I thought that I could give you a first hand look at what someone in the profession would absolutely love to see under the tree.

1 | Buddha Head Ornament

1 | Buddha Head Ornament I love the Buddha and around the clinic that I work at we have multiple decor pieces that incorporate the Buddha! It’s a fitting decor piece with everything that Massage Therapy embodies- mind, body, and soul.

2 | Massage Single Bottle Holster this little guy is super handy during a massage treatment, it makes it so you never have to stop what you’re doing to reach for your bottle of lotion. There’s also this Massage Bottle Holster Double Kit which is able to hold two bottles of lotion at a time!

3 | EARTHLITE Massage Table Warmer & Fleece Pad clients love this during the colder months of the year! This table warmer is the exact same one that we use at our clinic, and it’s great because it’s so simple. It has three settings: low, medium, and high.

4 | Premium Massage Balls, Set of 3 as I’m sure you’re aware, being an RMT is a physically demanding job. These are great for after work when you’re doing some self-care, they allow you to massage out wherever you need.

5 | Lemonda 3-Tier Metal Rolling Utility Cart these carts are great for storing supply’s that you could potentially need to move within reach. In the clinic that I work at we use it to store our cupping equipment, massage lotion, and any other tools or bits and bobs we might need.

6 | Essential Oil Wooden Storage Display I know that a lot of us at our clinic will use essential oils during our treatments either topically or through a diffuser. Essential oils have so many great health benefits, and it’s all natural. This wooden storage is a really cute way to display essential oils in any treatment room.

*here’s a less expensive version Homyl NATURAL WOOD 2 Tiers Essential Oil Display

7 | Elera Silicone Professional Cupping Set if you know an RMT that is certified in cupping, this is a great investment to their collection of tools. I love these silicone cups because they are less invasive than the hard plastic/glass cups and they glide waaay easier.

*if you know an RMT who wants to take a cupping course in the near future, I recommend either just purchasing the hard plastic cupping set Hansol Cupping Therapy Set or purchasing both sets. The course is typically only taught with the hard plastic cups.

8 | Two-Part Trigger Point Chart Set trigger points (aka knots in a muscle) can cause what’s called referral pain which is pain that is felt in a different spot than where it originates. These charts are great reminders of the trigger point patterns and they make great decor pieces.

9 | Luckeeper Healing Crystal Wands aside from just being so darn pretty, it is said that crystals have healing qualities. We don’t have many crystals around the clinic that I work at as of yet, but I’m hoping to change that in the near future!

I hope this gift guide was able to help you find that special massage therapist in your life the perfect gift this holiday season.

As always,

Nicole
